To ensure the highest print quality and fastest production times, all custom DTF transfer artwork must meet the requirements below.
Files that do not meet these standards may be delayed or canceled. What you upload is what we print, so please review your file carefully before submitting your order.

Accepted resolution is 150–900 DPI. Higher resolution helps improve print clarity and sharpness.

Accepted File Types
Ink Rush Transfers accepts the following file formats for custom DTF transfer production:

File Quality & Resolution
Accepted resolution is 150–900 DPI. Higher resolution artwork usually produces better print clarity, sharper details, and cleaner edges.
Low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, or screenshot-based artwork may result in poor print quality.

Artwork Size Requirements
Maximum print width is 22 inches. Length is selected at checkout based on the gang sheet or transfer product you choose.
Whatever size you upload is what will be printed. Ink Rush Transfers does not resize artwork.
Please clearly indicate and confirm your final image dimensions before uploading.

Color Mode & Conversion
All artwork should be submitted in CMYK color mode. RGB files and spot color artwork will be converted to CMYK for production.
- CMYK color mode required
- RGB files convert automatically to CMYK
- Spot colors convert to CMYK
Color shifts may occur during conversion. Ink Rush Transfers is not responsible for color or tone differences caused by color mode conversion.

Effects & Backgrounds
Remove shadows, gradients, glow effects, and unwanted backgrounds before uploading your file. These effects may not print as they appear on screen.

- Remove backgrounds if transparency is required
- Check your file before upload
If your file includes a background, the background will print. Ink Rush Transfers does not manually review or edit submitted files.

Line & Spacing Requirements
To help ensure proper adhesion and durability, thin lines and tight spaces should meet the minimum requirements below.
- Minimum positive space: 2 pts
- Minimum negative space: 2 pts
- Outline thickness: 2 pts
Thin lines or tight spacing may result in print failure, poor adhesion, or missing details.
